All products and services on Hamali.store are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Product images are for reference only; actual colors or patterns may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

All prices displayed on Hamali.store are in PKR.
A 4% General Sales Tax (GST) is applied on all orders as per Government regulations for online businesses.
Prices may be updated without prior notice depending on stock or supplier changes.

To confirm your order, 20% of the product price is required as an advance payment.
This policy is in place because some customers place fake orders or refuse delivery, which causes loss to the company.
The remaining 80% payment is collected at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery).
Payments can be made through secure payment gateways as provided on our site.

Standard delivery timelines are mentioned on each product page.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, strikes, or weather conditions.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the courier company.

Customized gifts or made‑to‑order items are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable except in cases of manufacturing defects.
If an item is received damaged or broken, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos or videos as proof.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact to qualify for a return (where applicable).
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Orders can only be cancelled before payment of the advance amount. Once the 20% advance is processed and the order is prepared, cancellation is not possible.

All content on Hamali.store, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Hamali.store and may not be used without prior written permission.

Hamali.store shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from using our products or services.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website means you accept those changes.
