General Policy
At Hamali.store, we strive to deliver quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
We offer a smooth and simple return/exchange process on eligible products, following the conditions mentioned below.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Customized or personalized products
Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered
Items not returned in their original condition or packaging
Products purchased on final sale or during special clearance campaigns
Return/Exchange Time Limit
All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
After 7 days, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your request.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Must include all original tags and packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Kindly mention your Order Number, item(s) to be returned/exchanged, and the reason for return.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For exchanges, the new item will be shipped once we receive the returned product and verify its condition.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If the return is approved, your refund will be issued via store credit or the original payment method, depending on your preference.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process after the returned item is received.
Note
Hamali.store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
