 General Policy

At Hamali.store, we strive to deliver quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

We offer a smooth and simple return/exchange process on eligible products, following the conditions mentioned below.


 Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered

  • Items not returned in their original condition or packaging

  • Products purchased on final sale or during special clearance campaigns


 Return/Exchange Time Limit

  • All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • After 7 days, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your request.


 Conditions for Return/Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Must include all original tags and packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required


 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Kindly mention your Order Number, item(s) to be returned/exchanged, and the reason for return.


 Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • For exchanges, the new item will be shipped once we receive the returned product and verify its condition.


 Refunds (If Applicable)

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be issued via store credit or the original payment method, depending on your preference.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process after the returned item is received.

Hamali.store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
